Are we over committing?
We are overcommitting in an unbalanced world. We are either busy keeping a growing number of customers happy. Chasing new leads in a stagnant market. Or committing to supercharging our business model to drive efficient service levels at reduced costs.
To ‘keep up’ we are constantly checking the phone for What’s App, Emails, Linked in messages even texts… Even in meetings our mind and attention can be swayed by the next message on our phone.
We commit to everything , just in case that is the next best thing. So in effect we commit to nothing. This confused commitment means that the only balance we may have is that we are equally uncommitted to every part of our life.
