How Do We Do It?

We have an initial meeting to get to know: Where you are now| Where you want to be| Where you don’t want to be
We hold sessions in person or online
Sessions are 60 min or 90 mins in duration
Sessions can be monthly| bi-monthly| quarterly
You will receive a written update and agreed actions following each session
