What’s Involved?

A 3-hour session for the leader and/or leadership team held in person or online
You work with an experienced facilitator: who listens|who asks challenging questions|who develops actions with you|who gets all those genius ideas unscrambled into your best actionable business model.
You will leave with a clear visible, flexible business model which embraces external change
You will have a focus on your value proposition, people, place, process and profit
You will have your own Business Model Canvas
You will have your Action Plan

Additional Features

You then have the option to either:

Go it alone
Book a second session to add cash flow forecast and pitch deck to get investment ready.
Add a series of ‘keep on track’ mentoring sessions in person or online at £80 + VAT.
